Build Syncrea with us as our Founding CTO
SyncHub 360 Inc is looking for a technical co-founder to design, build, and lead engineering for Syncrea, the AI-powered operating system for bookkeeping, accounting, and CAS firms.
The opportunity
Accounting firms have software that records what happened, but nothing that controls how the work gets done, reviewed, and approved. Syncrea is being built to be that system, with each firm's own review rules and a permanent audit trail.
The product vision, system principles, and core workflows are defined. We are now building the first production release and selecting design partner firms to help shape it, and we need a technical co-founder to lead that build.
What you would own
A real co-founder seat with ownership of the technical side of the company.
Architecture
Own the platform architecture and technical direction, from data model to workflow engine.
Integrations
Build the connection to the accounting systems firms already use, starting with QuickBooks Online.
AI-assisted workflows
Lead the design of AI-assisted validation, always with a human reviewer keeping final approval.
The engineering team
Set standards, make the first hires, and grow the team as the company is funded.
